What is going on with me? For weeks I had been pushing my tongue against the back of my teeth during the night SO HARD that my teeth ached all day long from it. Now, I’ve progressed to biting and clenching. What gives?
A girl from DD’s high school posted a pic on facebook of herself drinking from what you and I know to be a mason jar. She captioned it with unintended idiocy: “Yes, the maize and jar is bigger than my head.” Maize and jar??? I knew she was a leetle bit dumb but come on….
I need to start keeping tweezers in my car. Before I get out, I do a last minute booger check in my visor mirror and I see about a dozen pluck worthy eyebrow strays. Did they grow in since I left the house? I’m so taken aback that I usually forget to do the booger check. And you know you do that too. If not, you should.

What in the world could be causing you do to that with your teeth and tongue during your sleep? I certainly hope that it is a passing phase.
When my husband is with me he does all the last minute checks to make sure that my make up is even, no boogers, no lipstick on my teeth. I certainly appreciate it.
The biting and clenching thing … no joke there is a condition. I clench sometimes and wear a mouth guard at times when it really starts to get to me. Talk to your dentist. If you have good dental insurance, you might be able to get a mouth guard to keep you from doing it. Or you can buy them online or at drugstores and fit it yourself after boiling. I think it might be called TMJ or something.
And the maize and jar … OH MY LORD!
