So guess what. I was trying to do Beardy's laundry (ugh, I'm a wife), and it had been sitting on the basement floor for so long that EARWIGS WERE LIVING IN IT. I told him I was done with his laundry and he could do it himself.

Those are the little buggers who pinch Caleb! He was trying to save one from a red ant, and bam it pinched his finger.. he stepped on it and told it.. all I wanted to do was SAVE you! His little boy voice.

My least favorite bug in the whole world! I brought in something from outside to clean, and five earwigs fell out and squirmed around my house! I am STILL creeped out by it. They are the nastiest bugs EVER! So squirmy and they can hide in the teensiest spaces!

I actually had a problem with these in my backyard and we learned a way to trap them... let me know if you want my "expertise." It includes an empty water bottle and cat food... seriously. :)

Good luck!
