Does he take care of golf courses? I recently learned that there is an actual degree in golf-course grass management, or something like that. There sure are are a lot of ways to make a living!
I got me one of those sets of dirty socked feet. Unfortunately, instead of telling me they are there - I find them as I sort the laundry. I reach in and pull out ... ewwww.
Its a tough job but somebody's gotta do it! He must definitely get his exercise having to walk around the greens all day. You should do a review on something that helps get your whites whiter and put those babies to the test!
Those are some stunning socks. I'm sure the smell of his feet is stunning too. Yuck! Glad I go hit the balls at the course and not maintain the greens. Take care. -Kiki
Cue the Ground Hog!! I'm sure that he feels some huge sense of accomplishment at the end of the day when it looks untouched and all the divits are put back in place?
Wow! I'm glad I had just turned off the smell-o-vision on my computer before I clicked on your blog :). He must work hard!! Golf course does look good!!
I read through all of your comments. I think you already received every possible witty quip that I could come up with.
I do think that you are missing a rave review of YOUR photography skills. Blueviolet, you're like a National Geographic photographer of the blogosphere.
I feel your pain! Leland's socks look even worse than that after a day on the roof. And he refuses to take them off right, so i have to pull them out. SO gross!
Hubby's socks got like that simply from steppin outside for a smoke. I started insisting on him wearing slippers. Only way I can get 'em clean is if I use just enough hot water to cover the clothes and let them soak for a while in a solution of detergent and adouble shot of Oxyclean. When they're done soaking (leave them for at least 30-60 minutes), fill the washer up to the usual load amount and run through its cycle...

These pictures come as no surprise...my husband is a golfer. Been there, done that! Happy WW!
Ahh yes, boys and their dirt. Too funny you took pictures of his socks! Thanks for sharing it!
What in the world? Was he tending to the grass with no shoes on?
LOL, I'd make him strip before he came in the house! NO DIRT allowed would be posted on my door. Oxy clean here I come!
He's bringing his work home with him...
Blessings!

Yikes! its like when I mow the lawn!
Wow! Now that is some dedication to the job!!
Golfers everywhere thank him. : )
Better break out the bleach, mom!
A curtsy to his craftsmanship.
It's the unsung golf course heroes and their moms that are the backbone of America.
Thank you Mr. Golf Course Groundskeeper.
Cue the Ground Hog!! I'm sure that he feels some huge sense of accomplishment at the end of the day when it looks untouched and all the divits are put back in place?
Yikes! It looks beautiful, but all that laundry. Ugh!
Oh my word... that is some dirtiness right there!
Our golf course is going to the pits. He needs to come over and work here.
I did see that coming... gross!
Wow. That IS impressive! I,too, think you should do a review for something that gets those back to white. Is that possible??
Ewwwwwwwwwwwww! ROFLMAO!
Justine :o )
Yuck!!LOL
Looks like he worked hard and the golf course looks great!
Sick! I'm surprised he's wearing two socks, though, honestly.
Wow! I'm glad I had just turned off the smell-o-vision on my computer before I clicked on your blog :). He must work hard!! Golf course does look good!!
So...does he work without shoes or what? ;) Looks like he does an outstanding job! :)
Happy WW! :)
Wow, now those are some dirty socks. What is your secret to getting them clean?
Wow, Haley says he keeps a very good golf course and she would love to play on it. Hope you have a great rest of the day.
He must get exhausted. I hope you get discounts on socks because you must go through a lot of them. Bleach can only do so much.
Tell me that you used a zoom lens and didn't have to get too close to those feet in order to photograph them.
Blech.
thanks for sharing the other side to golfing

Well worth it:)
Beauty has its price....
Goes to show that everything beautiful comes with work! I'm the clay and He is the potter!
Ok I am glad that I don't have to wash those socks! lol
Ewww, stinky feet. LOL! I have a few of those around my house too. Time for the bleach. Thanks for the chuckle today.
Hugs
Michelle
Wowza! Next time I pass the golf course, I will be saying thank you! Are you the lucky one who gets to clean these beauties?
You want a sock competition and i can bring it! I have never treated the world to Wyatt's socks. THEY are a sight to behold. Seriously!
But I would hate to walk around in those there socks...or be the one to wash them.
yup, i know golfer's socks well :) my hubby hasn't done very much since we moved but i used to wonder "how in the world?" whenever he'd come home
These photos look like the start of a great commercial for some detergent, bleach or something!!
Sherry at EX Marks the Spot
I think I can smell them through my screen... :)
LOL -- I don't know if I would wash them or throw them out.
Gotta love boys.
Dirty socks and all..
OMG!! Looks like you have to throw away those socks!!!
How the hell? lol
Wow... That's crazy dirty!
Thank you to your son. I wonder what the shoes look like!
God bless your son!
Woah, are you going to burn them or bleach the heck out of them? LOL good luck!
You're not going to even attempt to wash those, are you? LOL!
Icky Icky Icky! : ) That golf course looks so nice though. Wowzers.
I feel your pain! Leland's socks look even worse than that after a day on the roof. And he refuses to take them off right, so i have to pull them out. SO gross!
That's just gross! rofl...Happy WW it was nice of you to share. Thank goodness there isn't smellovision.
Taht looks like a good set up for an Oxy Clean commercial!
Ewww I can just imagine the stench! YUM (GAG!!!!!!!)
Wow!! So do you even bother trying to wash them or do you just buy him new socks in bulk??
I do have to say though that the golf course looks amazing...he obviously does good work!
Ack, that looks exactly like my husband's socks after a days work. I HATE washing his socks.
Hate. Did I mention hate?
Yikes! I hope he does his own laundry!
My WW Post
Now those need to be washed! lol:)

Yuck, and then you probably get stuck with the laundry right? Sometimes OxiClean is my very best friend.
YUCK! how the heck do you get those socks clean?
Great pics, by the way. Very clever.
I'm scared to admit this, but I find my 14 yr. old with his socks like this & he has no job!!
Well, it's not comfortable to wear shoes when you're on the course all day, lol. I hope you can get those socks white again! Happy WW!
