Hollah for some WAT-AAH! - Review and Giveaway

August 29, 2009

Am I the only one that thinks water is boring, boring, boring? I know it's good for you, but it's just not fun to drink. At all.

Many times I hear whining voices saying, "There's nothing to drink around here." I answer, "If you're thirsty, drink some water", but I just get looks of disgust as they stomp off.

They'd rather be thirsty than drink water? That's just not right.

That's where WAT-AAH! comes in. It makes drinking water fun! It's designed especially for kids and contains no sugar, artificial flavors, colors or unnatural additives. It's simply ultra pure water with the addition of essential ingredients such as magnesium, electrolytes and oxygen to help maintain children's health. Kids are especially active now that school is starting, and they need to stay hydrated to focus on schoolwork, and to participate in sports and other after school activities.

Available in four varieties:

Bones: Ultra pure water + magnesium

Brain: Ultra pure water + electrolytes

Energy: Ultra pure water + oxygen

Body: Pure spring water

My Experiment
: I put four bottles of WAT-AAH! in the fridge along with the milk, orange juice, lemonade and pop. I saw my son head to the fridge, he said, "What the heck?", grabbed a bottle of WAT-AAH! and took off. He drank three of them that same day, which prompted me to run for the last one so I could try it myself.

How does WAT-AAH! taste? It tastes just like water, of course! Fresh, cold water...16 ounces of healthy hydration all wrapped up in a fun little package.

I do think it's a little on the pricey side for bottled water, but if you're having trouble getting your kids to drink water and want to make sure they stay hydrated, it could be worth it, because I don't think they could really resist this.

WAT-AAH! takes the boring out of water. I'll bet your kids will think so too. Would you like to find out?

Buy It: Check WAT-AAH! for store locations or you can purchase it at Amazon by the case for $18.

Win It
: A WAT-AAH! backpack filled with fun back-to-school goodies and some WAT-AAH! samples for you to try!

I've gotta say, I thought this was a joke at first. I mean, why would your son drink it if it still just tastes like water? The cute packaging?

I learned it's not sold in my state. ;-( But hey, I can still buy it on Amazon.

I think they have a pretty good idea going here - great packaging & concept (I mean, what CAN be really be done to sell water). Love the website. Too cute. My daughter does not have a problem with her fluids though. Give her anything that is not in a sippy cup and she feels like a grown up and SUCKS it down.

Great review!! Next time I see this on the shelves I will buy some (needs to come to Washington!). ;-)
