EatSmart Precision Pro Kitchen Scale {Review and Giveaway}

A Nut in a Nutshell kitchen scale nutrition dietThey say your eyes are bigger than your stomach.

And you know… if you eat all of what your eyes want you to eat… it ain’t gonna be pretty.

So, portion control! Teach yourself what portions are like by weighing them out on a kitchen scale.

It only takes a few seconds. I promise!

The EatSmart Precision Pro kitchen scale is my new best friend! It weights up to 11 pounds and results can be displayed in four different units: grams, ounces, pounds, and kilograms.

I’m a calorie counter, so let me show you one way I use this scale.

A Nut in a NutshellSee my apple? If I weigh it and then use the little booklet that comes with the scale to do a little math equation, I can figure out exactly how many calories are in that apple!

Isn’t that cool? No more guessing or averaging!

Now if your food is in a dish or a measuring cup, just tare the scale first. Easy peasy!

Oh, and notice the super cute red color it comes in. But wait! It also comes in white, silver, black chrome, and white chrome. Plus, batteries are included!
