Culturelle Probiotics – I Heart Bacteria! {Review and Tshirt Giveaway}

I’m kind of a new convert to the world of probiotics. It started with my yogurt, and well, actually that’s as far as it’s gone…

but I just found out that 70% of our immune system resides in the intestinal tract. Dang!

And we all know that there’s not much worse than when the tummy is overtaken with bad bacteria…well, it’s just not pretty.

Culturelle contains lactobacillus CG, the most researched and proven probiotic, which helps to improve intestinal health and in turn, digestive health.

The gist of it: If you move in a whole lotta good bacteria, it’s gonna force the bad boys out of the hood.

I sampled a bit of it and I haven’t taken it long enough to really get a feel for efficacy, but I do know that it relieved my bloating, and I am down with that.
