Nature Made SAM-e Boosts My Mood {Review and Giveaway}

I am no stranger to Nature Made SAM-e because I’m no stranger to depression.

SAM-e is a naturally occurring compound in the body, but not all bodies make it in the same levels, so it can be taken as a dietary supplement.

It’s best known for helping to restore a healthy mood. And that’s why I take it.

It doesn’t work on day one. You have to take it for a while, so it builds up in the body. The first time I tried it, by the end of the first month, I was regularly feeling more upbeat.

Is it a miracle worker? Absolutely not. It helps, but it is not a cure. For me, it’s worth it. I like the extra “sunny” I feel when I take it, but it may or may not have the same type of effect for you.

And it’s expensive, at least for my budget, so watch for sales. My drugstore does a BOGO sale about once a month, and that helps a lot!
