What makes a sandwich the perfect sandwich?

Maybe it’s the bread, or maybe it’s that one special ingredient, seasoning, or sauce, but the possibilities for an ultimate sandwich are endless, because we all have our own ideas!

So, I thought I’d share with you my own favorite feel-good yummy sandwich creations using my panini press.

Tropical Cheddar Melt Sandwich

Ingredients: Bacon strips, Cheddar cheese, Crushed pineapple, Crusty french bread slices

Italian Meatster Sandwich

Ingredients: Italian sausage patty, Pepperoni, Mozzarella, Freshly grated parmesan, Garlic Powder, Crushed red pepper flakes, Crusty french bread slices

After putting the ingredients on one slice of french bread, just top with another slice of french bread, and cook for about 4 minutes in a preheated panini press.

I have eaten the Tropical Cheddar Melt sandwich four times within the last 2 weeks. I’m more than slightly obsessed with its yumminess.
