MI-DEL Cookies Giveaway!

My kids and I will pretty much eat any cookie you give us, but I know some people have food sensitivities and allergies, so I love when cookie companies make cookies for everyone, including organic and gluten-free cookies.

MI-DEL Cookies is just such a company! They’ve combined old-fashioned recipes with new bakery methods to come come up with some very tasty cookies using a short list of all natural ingredients.

I really wanted to try some of the gluten-free cookies for ya, but ’twas not to be. There weren’t any in my local store.

But they did have some other yummy things to try. I nabbed some Lemon Snaps, Ginger Snaps, and Honey Grahams.

I LOVE the ginger snaps. These were slightly soft, and very ginger-y, and that’s what makes a good ginger snap to me. I love that spicy bite!

The lemon snaps were crisp, and had a zingy lemon flavor. The lemon and the sweetness combined in just the right way.

I also tried the Honey Grahams, and at first bite, I didn’t like them at all. They didn’t seem to have much flavor, very bland. However, not one to let food go to waste, I tried them again on several different occasions, and they ended up growing on me and I started to like them.

The clear winners though, were the Ginger Snaps and Lemon Snaps. I really liked them a lot, but since they’re a little on the pricey side, and I’m kinda frugal, I would probably just buy them on special occasions or when serving cookies to guests.
