It’s time for another “OREO Play Up Dessert” challenge!
Five random winners will receive an OREO Fall-themed Play Up Dessert Kit. And look at everything that comes inside it!
Triple Double OREO’s, Classic OREO’s, dessert stand, pie server, cookie scoop, fall placemat, fall napkins and a recipe book full of inspiration!
But this is a challenge, so the winners will use the kit contents to Play Up Dessert with OREO Cookies…
Each of those five winners will actually make their choice of one of the recipes included in the kit (there are more than pictured here), take a photograph of their creation, and send it to me so I can share it on my blog. And at the beginning of December, I’ll randomly select one of those five people to win a $100 gift card from OREO.
(Your participation is what matters. You don’t have to be a culinary artiste. Just do your best.)
There’s a cute little recipe booklet inside with lots of ideas for you to make. But feel free to put your own spin on the recipe if you like! Here are a few of the starters but there are other ideas in the book too! You can choose anything!
I made OREO turkey cookies!
OREO Turkey Cookies
6 OREO Cookies
1 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
30 pieces candy corn
6 chocolate malted milk balls
6 cinnamon red hot candies
Separate each cookie in half. Set halves with filling aside. With small amount of melted chocolate attach 5 candy corn pieces (with points down) to each plain cookie half for tail. Refrigerate for 5 minutes or until firm.
Attach malted milk ball to center of filling-topped cookie half with melted chocolate. With a dab more chocolate, attach the red hot on top of the milk ball. You’ve made the turkey’s head.
Attach turkey tails to bodies with remaining melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm.
If you would like to be a part of this recipe challenge, leave a comment on the blog telling me what you think you’ll make with the kit.
Remember when you participate, you have a one-in-five chance of winning that $100 prize! Those are great odds!
Please enter ONLY if you are willing to and will actually follow through and make one of the OREO recipes for the challenge. You will need to make it and send me a photo by Saturday, December 1st.
(Psssst, there will be one more Play It Up Dessert Challenge after this one!)
This is a partnered ongoing project with OREO. All opinions are my own.
