1)      Wear gloves to protect your hands from the harsh winter elements.

  5. I need to be better about taking hot showers. I know it’s bad for your skin, but I just love to take a long hot shower.

    I need to do this more. Too often I rush out in a hurry & forget my gloves…winding up with red chapped hands.
