Would you care for a glass of wine?
I’ll even give you a choice of red or white, because it’s so stinkin’ easy for me to open bottles with the SKIL iXO Vivo Power Corkscrew. I’m not even gonna beat around the bush; it deserves to be said right up front:
I love it, love it, love it.
I’ll never go back to using my old twist, twist, twist and pull-with-all-my-might corkscrew.
The SKIL iXO Vivo is packaged as a kit which includes 4V palm-size screwdriver, corkscrew attachment, foil cutter, wine stopper and a 5-piece bit set.
It’s the first power corkscrew I’ve ever tried, so it took some getting used to which meant I had to open several bottles of wine.
Oh, what a hardship
How to use the SKIL iXO Vivo Power Corkscrew
The best way to show you is to actually demonstrate it, right? You’ll see how easy it is!
The rechargeable lithium ion battery holds its charge for up to 18 months. I didn’t even charge it when I opened the box and it’s been used to open
countless several bottles of wine and to assemble a computer desk, two shelving units, and an office chair without needing another charge.
There’s a battery gauge which will indicate when it’s time. There’s also a Sitelight LED Work Light which illuminates hard-to-see areas. That has been so helpful for screws which need to be tightened in recessed holes.
Buy It! The SKIL iXO Vivo Kit retails for about $50 and is available at select stores nationwide and online.
